blackcrows is an independent ski brand born in Chamonix, and embraced by mountain communities around the world. We design skis, outerwear and accessories with a relentless focus on performance, identity and style—objects shaped by a desire to merge beauty and efficiency.
Rooted in ski culture and driven by a spirit of freedom and adventure, blackcrows celebrates the mountains as a creative space.
With offices in Chamonix, Paris and Los Angeles, a global distribution and own physical retail stores in key locations, the brand continues to expand its vision of contemporary skiing.

At blackcrows, we're looking for the right person in the right place at the right time. There aren't many of us, and each new member of staff has an important role to play.
We take great care in our recruitment process, which we want to be both professional and responsible. We give ourselves the means to make the right choice, taking the time to identify the right profile and ensuring that there is a match between the company's needs, the candidate's skills and their career goals.
That's why you will meet several members of our team.

Your profile is selected by the HR/manager team for this 1st stage. This interview enables us to check the essential points of your application and your expectations, so that everyone can then embark on the process with confidence.

This is your first meeting with your - perhaps - future manager, and an opportunity to demonstrate your skills for the job, understand the mission and assess your respective affinities.

Depending on the nature of the position, one or more practical cases may be submitted to candidates to confirm their technical skills.
At blackrows, we attach great importance to complementarity. Personality tests enable us to better understand how each candidate functions in her/his work environment, and in interaction with colleagues. There are no “good” or “bad” results. It's all about getting to know each other better, so we can work together more effectively.

If necessary, further interviews are scheduled with team members or other managers. We work collaboratively.

Congratulations, you've been selected! The detailed offer will be proposed to you by the HR team, then formalized in writing. You will then receive your contract. Onboarding can now begin.
