Job overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager, Athletes and Partnerships to lead blackcrows’ athlete and ambassador strategy and oversee brand activations that bring our spirit to life on and off the mountain. This role sits at the intersection of sport, culture, and brand — managing our global sports marketing program, leading select brand campaigns, and activating meaningful partnerships and events.
You’ll manage a small team (2 people) and work closely with product, digital, and creative teams to ensure blackcrows’ voice and energy are consistently expressed across every touchpoint.
Key responsabilities
Strategic Marketing / Comms Planning
- Contribute (working alongside product teams and the rest of the marketing team) to short and mid-term brand plans – from yearly strategic marketing plan to weekly/monthly communications plan
- Define who/what/how framework for each yearly brand moment, identifying and coordinating all key stakeholders that will contribute to the different brand campaigns / moments
- Bring key campaigns to life holistically across all key customer touchpoints – online and offline
- Co-own overall marketing plan definition and yearly budget bottom-up exercise
Sports Marketing
- Lead the global athlete and ambassador program — from scouting and recruitment to negotiation, contracting, and relationship management.
- Build long-term partnerships that align with the brand’s values and creative vision.
- Coordinate athlete involvement in product development, content creation, and brand storytelling.
- Oversee athlete and ambassador budgets and performance metrics.
Brand Activations & Campaigns
- Lead planning and execution of key physical brand activations (e.g. ski sauvage tests, events, community gatherings).
- Develop and manage select brand campaigns, particularly athlete- or community-led initiatives.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and PR teams to ensure consistent and engaging campaigns delivery.
- Identify and activate brand collaborations and partnerships that reinforce blackcrows’ positioning and cultural relevance.
Leadership & Management
- Manage and mentor two team members, fostering creativity, accountability, and collaboration.
- Contribute to overall marketing strategy and budget planning.
- Ensure a close connection between field marketing and global brand objectives.

Who You Are
- You have a few years’ experience in marketing, ideally within sports, outdoor, or lifestyle brands.
- You understand ski culture deeply — not just the sport, but the spirit that surrounds it. You have a clear understanding of the movers and shakers and a keen eye to spot talents.
- You’re comfortable leading projects from concept to execution, even in a small, fast-moving organization.
- You can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- You have a progressive, creative approach to marketing — you see beyond traditional sponsorships toward meaningful cultural storytelling.
- You’re fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
