Role overview
Working within the Marketing team, this role is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-channel campaigns that bring the brand to life across B2B and digital touchpoints.
The objective is to drive the seamless delivery of omnichannel marketing initiatives by acting as a central point of coordination between internal teams, creative partners, and agencies, while ensuring strategic alignment, strong storytelling, and high-performance execution across all channels.
Key responsibilities
Manage the editorial calendar across all channels, coordinating content deployment across B2B and digital touchpoints, while proactively ensuring alignment and clear communication with all stakeholders.
Own and continuously optimize campaign planning frameworks, including timelines, editorial calendars, asset production, and activation roadmaps, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment across all marketing initiatives.
Drive the development of strategic and creative briefs, partnering with internal teams (e.g., e-commerce) and external stakeholders (creative agencies, media partners) to ensure strong messaging consistency, clear objectives, and alignment with overarching business goals.
Oversee the execution of the PR plans: collaborate with the agency to ensure the successful execution of media activations
Contribute to the development of 27/28 campaign storytelling and final asset creation: collaborate with all stakeholders, participate in brainstorming sessions, and provide feedback throughout the process.
Own campaign performance tracking and reporting, designing robust reporting frameworks, implementing efficient data collection processes, leading the performance review and delivering actionable insights on key seasonal campaigns to inform decision-making and continuously improve performance.

Profile & qualifications
Bac + 5 with a specialization in marketing, digital or communication,
Experience in communication, marketing campaign management
Exprience in event agency or in digital marketing is a plus
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail,
Experience in project management,
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,
Able to juggle multiple projects & eager to jump in and lend a hand,
Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint,
Proactive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
Strong interested in outdoor universe
