Distributed worldwide, our premium-positioned brand benefits from an excellent footprint on the European market and is currently experiencing very strong growth on the North American market.
Based in Chamonix Mont-Blanc and Paris, and recently also established in California, the brand has retained its DNA of combining design and performance in its products.

Position Overview:
Reporting to the Vice President of Global Sales, the Sales Manager Italy will oversee and manage all sales activities in the country, ensuring that revenue targets are met, developing strategic partnerships and expanding the company's customer base. This strategic role is key in the development of the brand for future years in a dynamic market to be developed.
The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of the outdoor sports industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Team Management
- Lead and supervise junior sales teams to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide training, tools, and technical information to support the development of sales teams.
- Communicate the brand’s story and philosophy to the sales teams, ensuring consistent adoption of the product line and evolution across stores to achieve targets.
- Ensure high-quality field services and monitor performance outcomes.
- Implement the company’s sales strategy effectively across all teams.
- Manage budgets and forecasts for field teams to align with business objectives.
- Maintain strong communication with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Ensure field operations comply with safety and regulatory standards.Foster trust and collaboration between Black Crows and retail partners.
- Drive sales and performance across all product categories.
- Provide retail teams with additional support when needed.
2. Key Accounts Management
- Schedule and conduct regular meetings with key accounts to nurture relationships.
- Drive sales growth and monitor direct sales performance with key clients.
- Oversee the execution of marketing plans tailored to each key account.
- Organize and track product training sessions (technical gear and textiles) for Black Crows retail partners.
3. Marketing & Events
- Collaborate closely with local marketing teams to ensure alignment with sales strategies.
- Support the planning and execution of on-snow and off-snow events.
- Actively participate in events to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Key competencies and profile:
- Proven track record in sales management, preferably in the outdoor, sporting goods, or apparel industries. You are looking for a learning and rewarding experience in a fast-growing and dynamic company.
- You have a good command of sales techniques which, combined with your listening skills and sense of customer service, will enable you to provide the management and service expected by our customers, while respecting a commitment to achieving and developing our sales.
- Autonomy, organization and method will be the necessary assets for the success of this position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Italian and English required, French is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geographical area.
