Based in Chamonix Mont-Blanc and Paris, and recently also established in California, the brand has retained its DNA of combining design and performance in its products.

Position Overview:
The Store Associate is responsible for supporting the store (nest) in delivering highly engaging customer journeys, helping cement blackcrows as a high performance, ski lifestyle brand. You embody a passion for skiing/outdoor activities, demonstrating expertise in every recommendation, helping bring the guest journey to life. You consistently operate at the highest level, always demonstrating a passion for the customer. Ultimately, you collaborate with your team to ensure a seamless customer journey and are a steward of our blackcrows values and culture.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve or exceed personal sales and key performance targets that contribute to driving the store’s results.
- Attend and participate in all store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
- Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
- Assist in driving an amazing guest experience, while delivering on selling and service metrics such as conversion, average dollar per transaction, average unit retail etc.
- Contribute to driving the store’s Units per Transaction (UPT) by introducing new, underperforming and strategic categories to customers.
- Support upkeeping the overall physical store maintenance, standards, and cleanliness.
- Effectively organize the stock room and efficiently process inbound and outbound shipments in support of delivering a seamless customer journey.
- Maintain the sales floor and stock room inventory ensuring floor is replenished accordingly.
- Advise customers on product recommendations through expert product knowledge.
- Demonstrate curiosity and passion for learning and development by participating in all educational initiatives.
- Accurately and efficiently utilize point of sale (POS) systems and operational tools in compliance with Blackcrows standards.
- Follow all standard operating procedures with excellence.
- Actively seek feedback to improve performance and cultivate personal and professional growth.
Key Requirements:
- Passion for the ski and outdoor industry a must!
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer focused environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and must be flexible to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
- Good understanding of store operations and driving sales performance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team orientated environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and adaptability.
